The Cake & Bake Show: The Classroom line up
There are now only 5 weeks until The Cake and Bake show kicks off in Harrogate, and any caker or baker worth their bacon and maple syrup cupcakes have got their tickets.
This year has got me excited. This year not only are there some amazing suppliers and exhibitors lined up but the celebrity chef line up is possibly one of the best it’s ever been. GBBO heavyweights John Whaite, Luis Troyano, Jo Wheatley and Brendan Lynch will all be milling around, along with Gregg Wallace, Eric Lanlard and Rosemary Shrager, plus a truck load more. All of which will be running classrooms, some baking, some decorating and some interacting.
The full timetable can be found on the Cake and Bake show website but to give you an idea John Whaite is tackling custards and gluten free chocolate and hazelnut cake, Jo Wheatley will be showing her cinnamon buns and Eric Lanlard will be decorating cupcakes (all of the classroom sessions have only got 50 seats so if you want to bag yourself a place I’d get on it now).
I will be found fangirling at John Whaite, Eric Lanlard and Brendan Lynch's classrooms!
You can book your place on the classrooms here, all places are £9 and you might need to have your show booking information handy. And, don’t forget, if you’re heading on up to the Harrogate show on the 19th – 21st June you have until 1st June to enter the competitions.
